DiogSweep – Privacy Policy & End User License Agreement (EULA)

DiogSweep (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how DiogSweep handles data, what limited technical operations occur on your device, and what rights apply to you as a user. This document also includes the End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governing your use of the App.

By installing or using DiogSweep, you agree to this Privacy Policy and EULA.

Introduction

DiogSweep is a device-cleaning tool that scans your device for APK files, residual data, and temporary files.

All processing is performed locally on your device, and we do not collect, store, share, or sell any personal data.

Information We Collect

DiogSweep is designed with strict privacy and data minimization.

We do not:

Collect personal data

Transmit any data to servers

Store any user-identifiable information

Sell or share information with third parties

Log scanning results or device identifiers

Track behavior, activity, or usage

Scanning results remain entirely on your device and are never uploaded.

Local Processing Only

All file analysis, cleaning operations, APK scanning, and temporary-data detection occur locally. DiogSweep does not connect to external servers for data processing.

Permissions

DiogSweep requires File Access Permission solely to scan:

APK files

Residual app files

Temporary or cache data

This permission is used only for functionality and never for data collection.

Third-Party Services

Although DiogSweep itself does not collect data, limited third-party SDKs may be included for stability or attribution, such as:

Attribution platforms

Analytics platforms

Firebase (crash diagnostics, app performance metrics)

We configure these tools in privacy-preserving modes when possible.

Any data these platforms process is anonymized and handled under their own privacy policies.

DiogSweep does not transmit personal data to these platforms.

Legal Basis for Processing

DiogSweep processes no personal data. The following legal bases apply only to local processing required to operate the App:

Legitimate Interest: Providing device-cleaning functionality.

Contractual Necessity: Delivering the service you downloaded the App to use.

We do not process data under consent, data sales, or profiling.

Data Retention

We retain no personal data because no data is ever collected.

If anonymized crash data is generated by third-party frameworks (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics), it is retained only by those services according to their separate policies. DiogSweep does not store or control that information.

Your Privacy Rights

Privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and others grant users various rights. DiogSweep supports all applicable rights.

Even though we do not collect personal data, you may exercise the following rights:

Right to Access

You may ask whether we hold any of your personal data.

Answer: We do not collect or retain personal data.

Right to Correct Data

Because we do not store personal information, no corrections are needed or possible.

Right to Know Whether Data Is Shared

We do not share any personal data with any entity.

Right to Know Whether Data Is Sold

We do not sell personal data.

Right to Delete Data

No personal data exists for deletion.

If you wish to remove all local processing, you may uninstall the App.

Right to Restrict or Object to Processing

All processing is local. You can stop all processing at any time by uninstalling DiogSweep.

Right to File a Complaint

You may file a complaint with your regional data protection authority if you believe your privacy rights have been violated.

Opt-Out of Data Sharing or Sale

DiogSweep never shares or sells personal data.

If third-party SDKs include optional analytics functionality, users may:

Disable analytics in device settings (platform-dependent)

Contact us for additional clarification

Uninstall DiogSweep to stop all processing

No personal information is ever sold or transferred.
